Thank you for your interest in adopting a rescue dog through our organization.

Your answers on this application will help us to make the best possible adoption match between you and the rescue in our care. The more we know, the more confident we can be sure your adoption will be successful. It is very important that this application be completed truthfully.

This is to help match YOU with the right dog. We try very diligently to place our rescues into the best environment that will compliment the dog’s needs as well as the adopters’ wants and desires for their new family member.

Being completely honest about your home environment helps ensure that we will make a successful placement, one that turns into a “forever” home. Prior to placement a home inspection will be performed to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
